The Educator Code Vault is a product of Learn Well Solutions LLC ("we," "us"), operating at educatorcodevault.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your email, only if you submit it through a form on the site.
- Usage & device data (pages viewed, general location, browser) through analytics and advertising cookies — see below.
- Purchase information is collected and processed by our checkout provider, Gumroad. We do not see or store your full card details.
How we use it
- To reply to you and send materials you requested (like a walkthrough).
- To understand and improve how the site performs.
- To measure marketing and, where applicable, show relevant ads.
Who we share it with
We use trusted third parties who process data on our behalf: Netlify (hosting), Gumroad (payments and tax as merchant of record), Google Analytics (site analytics), and Meta (advertising pixel). Each has its own privacy policy. We don't sell your personal information.
Cookies
The site uses analytics and advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may work less smoothly if you do.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@learnwellsolutions.com. You can unsubscribe from any email we send at any time.
Terms of Use
By using this site or purchasing the Educator Code Vault, you agree to these terms and to the license included with the product.
License
The Vault is licensed, not sold, for use by the single organization named on your order. You may use and modify it on your own sites; you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files or your license key. Full terms are in the LICENSE file included in your download.
No warranty
The product is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. You're responsible for testing it and for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you use it on (Thinkific, Teachable, Kajabi, and others).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
Refund Policy
The Educator Code Vault is a digital product delivered instantly with a license key, so it can't be "returned." Still, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
- If the product is defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix the issue or provide a refund.
- Because access and files are delivered immediately, refunds are otherwise at our discretion.
